Caregiver Retreat - CANCELLED

Marty Cornett, RN, Certified Wellness Coach (MC Wellness Coaching) and Altenheim Resource Services will be offering a one-day retreat at Mt St Joseph Retreat Center on September 6. 

We will offer information on stress management and self-care, and will offer tools to help caregivers.  We will have activities and exercises to help caregivers with their day-to-day stressors.

There will be a fee of $40 which will include lunch, snacks and materials.
