UNDERSTANDING AND RESPONDING TO DEMENTIA RELATED BEHAVIORS

Good Shepherd Nursing Home and Altenheim Resource Services are partnering to bring the community a free program on dementia related behaviors in observance of The Longest Day, a day designated to increase awarenenss about Alzheimer's and related dementias.

The program will be held at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, 159 Edgington Lane, Wheeling in the education room of the facility.  Sign in starts at 12:30pm and the program will run from 1pm - 3pm.  Morgan Pavol, Program Coordinator for the Mid-Ohio Valley office of the WV Alzheimer's Association will present the program.
