ADVANCE DIRECTIVES: NATIONAL HEALTHCARE DECISIONS DAY

Robert Kolb, Valley Hospice, will present information on Advanced Healthcare Decisions.  Everyone needs to complete a Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will!  If we are unable to speak for ourselves, we need an advocate who will follow OUR directions as noted in our advanced care documents!

Join us from 1pm-3pm at First Christian Church, 1343 National Road, Wheeling WV to learn about advanced directives.  You will have the opportunity to complete these documents, and Bob will notarize the documents.
