SUPPORTING AND EMPOWERING THE CAREGIVER

Are you a caregiver?  Do you take care of yourself?  Are you stressed?  Tired?  What do you need to know?  So many questions!  Caregiving is a complex task - physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.  Join us!  We want to help you along the journey!

During this 4-part series, we will examine caregiver wellness, how caregiving impacts our health, stress management, common caregiving hurdles, resources, legal concerns and caregiving transitions,  Additional speakers will join us during our four weeks together.

The programs will be held at First Christian Church-Wheeling, 1343 National Road, Wheeling from 1pm - 3pm with sign-in starting at 12:30pm.  We will have information for caregivers to take home.  Light refreshments will be served.  There is no charge to participate.
