HEALTHY HABITS FOR A HEALTHIER YOU

We have a change in our June program which is being held in observance of Brain Awareness Month. Instead of "The Basics of Dementia", the Alzheimer's Association is promoting "HEALTHIER HABITS FOR A HEALTHIER YOU".
The WV Alzheimer's Association states, "The program covers four areas of lifestyle habits associated with healthy aging: cognitive activity, physical health & exercise, diet & nutrition, and social engagement. For each area, the program will cover what we know, drawing on current research, as well as what can be done to improve or maintain overall health in each area."
THIS FREE PROGRAM WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 23 starting at 2:00pm. Sign in starts at 1:30.
Jenifer Lane, Program Coordinator with the Mid-Ohio Valley Alzheimer's Association office will be our presenter. The program will be held at FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH (Fellowship Hall), 1343 NATIONAL ROAD, WHEELING WV. All are welcome!
