Health Plan Part D Program

Janis Potts will offer a second program on Part D products offered by the Health Plan.  The program will run from 1pm - 2pm with time for questions and answers.  Sign in and refreshments begin at 12:30pm.  The program is free and open to anyone interested in learning about the Health Plan's Part D products.  The program will be held at First Christian Church, 1343 National Road, Wheeling in the downstairs Fellowship Hall.  Parking is available and the church is handicap accessible.  Call us to reserve YOUR seat!
