Medicare Part D Informational Program

John Forsyth of Citywide Insurance will discuss Part D products available to Medicare beneficiaries.  The program will run from 1:15pm - 3:15pm with time for questions and answers.  Sign in and refreshments begin at 12:45pm.  The program is free and open to anyone interested in learning about available Part D products.  The program will be held at First Christian Church, 1343 National Road, Wheeling in the downstairs Fellowship Hall.  Parking is available and the church is handicap accessible.  Call us to reserve YOUR seat!
